Solo

7 seconds · One photo · Trend sound
Do the pose everyone is copying: push up your sleeve, flex, and curl your other hand against your arm until the two make a heart. Add one photo of you, or two for a couple, and get the 7-second clip in the trend's own room.
YouThe one who makes the heart
A clear, front-facing photo from the waist up works best, with your arms in view. The clothes come from the photo.

The examples use AI-generated people, not real ones.
The room, the light, the camera and the timing come from the trend's own clips. Your photo decides who is flexing.
The sleeve push, the flex and the moment the hands meet follow a real clip of the trend, so the heart lands on the trend's beat.
Solo keeps the dim teal room from the clip that set the trend off. The couple version keeps a bright white apartment.
One of you flexes above the other, who reaches up and closes the heart round their own face. Each person keeps their own face and clothes.
A render that fails returns to your balance. No ticket, no waiting.
Three steps, about ten minutes.
Solo takes one photo of you. Couple takes two photos: the one who flexes and the one inside the heart.
Front-facing, waist-up photos with the arms in view work best. Keep the trend's sound, or choose Silent and add your own when you post.
7 seconds, 720p, vertical 9:16, no watermark. Post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
The bicep heart, also called the arm heart or muscle heart, is a pose: you flex one arm, upper arm out and fist up, then lay the other forearm across your chest and curl that hand up until the fingertips touch. Seen from the camera, the two arms outline a heart with a gap in the middle.
On TikTok it is filmed as a short clip: you face the camera, push up a sleeve, flex, make the heart and hold it with a proud grin while the trend's sound plays. Couples do it with one person flexing above the other, who closes the heart round their own face. This page makes both versions.
No one is credited with the first bicep heart. The pose was already a gym joke on X before #bicepheart began to appear on TikTok in late October 2026, and within days some clips were reported to have millions of views.
Around November 1 a clip asking whether you had ever heard of a bicep heart became the one people copied most, and AI generators and couple versions followed in early November. Only one news report covers these dates so far, so treat them as approximate.

The timing of the solo video this page makes. Clips people post vary a little.
| 0–1.5 s | You face the camera with a small, confident smile |
|---|---|
| 1.5–3 s | You push your sleeve up to the shoulder |
| 3–3.6 s | You flex that arm: upper arm out, fist up beside your head |
| 3.6–4.2 s | Your other hand curls up until the fingertips touch, and the heart appears |
| 4.2–7 s | You hold the heart, tilt your head and grin with your eyes closed |
| Couple | The flexer raises an arm over the other at about 2 s; the other hides their face, then closes the heart round it at about 4 s |
Use one adult facing the camera, with the whole face sharp, evenly lit and uncovered. A waist-up photo with both arms in view works best, and long hair works better tied back or behind the shoulders.
The clothes come from your photo. A top with sleeves gets its sleeve pushed up; a sleeveless top stays as it is. If the photo shows only your top half, the rest follows the same everyday style.

It is a 7-second vertical video of you, or the two of you, doing the bicep heart pose, made from your photos in the trend's own room. It costs 500 credits, with no watermark.
Flex one arm with the upper arm out level with your shoulder and the fist up. Lay the other forearm across your chest under it, then curl that hand up until its fingertips touch the fingers of the flexed arm's hand. From the front, the two arms make a heart.
Yes. The same pose goes by bicep heart, arm heart, muscle heart and flex heart.
No one is credited with it. The pose was a gym joke on X before it spread on TikTok in late October 2026, and the posts we found do not agree on a first one.
Most clips use the same short original sound from TikTok, and that is what the trend sound here is. We have not found a song title for it. Choose Silent if you want to add your own.
No, but expect a bigger arm than in your photo. The AI shapes the flexed arm into a strong bicep, and in our test a slim man came out clearly more muscular. Your face and clothes still come from your photo.
Yes. Pick Couple and add two photos: one person flexes above the other, who reaches up and closes the heart round their own face.
Not on this page. In our test a dog could not bend its front legs into the heart, so Bicep Heart AI takes photos of people only. For a pet video, try Single Ladies Dog Dance AI.
No. We paint the people in the trend clip out before your video is made, so only the room, the light and the moves are kept. Your face and clothes come from your photo.
The heart reads clearly most of the time. Fingers are the hardest part for any AI video, and now and then they come out soft or merged. A failed render returns your credits.
Pick solo or couple, add the photos and pick the sound. We replace the people in a fixed clip of the trend: the room, the camera and the timing stay as they are, and the faces, bodies and clothes come from your photos.
One adult per photo, facing the camera, with the face sharp and evenly lit and both arms in view. Avoid sunglasses, masks, heavy filters and group photos.
A flat 500 credits per video, solo or couple, with sound or without. The smallest pack is $9.90 and covers it, larger packs cost less per video, and a failed render returns the credits.
No. The rooms are part of the clips the videos are built on: a dim teal room for solo and a bright white apartment for couples. The clothes come from your photos.
No. Please use photos of yourself or of other adults who have agreed to it.
Usually about ten minutes; you can close the tab, and the finished video waits in My videos. A failed render returns the credits straight to your balance.
No. This is an independent tool with no connection to TikTok, X, Instagram, the account that posted the sound or anyone who posted the trend.
Every tool turns your photos into a short vertical video. One credit balance works on all of them.

One photo, or two for a couple. Seven seconds. One very proud heart.
