How much does video upscaling cost?
It uses credits per second of video, and the exact price is shown on the button before you start. 4K and 60 fps cost more than 1080p. If your video is too small for 4K, it is upscaled as far as the model allows and charged at the size actually delivered. If the service fails or times out, the credits are refunded automatically; a result blocked by our safety check is not refunded. See Pricing.
What are the limits?
MP4 or MOV up to 100 MB and 60 seconds (30 seconds for Topaz Starlight). The video must be smaller than the size you choose.
Which model should I pick?
Topaz is the best all-round choice for natural detail. ByteDance Upscaler is faster and cheaper. Topaz Starlight is a generative model for very low-quality footage.
Does it keep the audio?
